Guests with tattoos cannot use the large public bath, but can use the private hot spring baths (Mori no Yu and Myotai no Yu) and the in-room baths (rooms marked "with hot spring" have natural hot spring water in the in-room bath).

Day visitors cannot use the large public bath (day bathing is offered at the neighboring Kyujitsu Building). The private bath "Mori no Yu" is available to day visitors from 12:00 to 14:00 (2 hours, ¥8,800 plus bathing tax; book online).
