Report an error

If something here is wrong, or out of date, please tell us. We check it, update it, and change the date. Onsen operators can request a correction or a removal here too.

We'll ask which onsen it is, which part is wrong, and what it should say. Whatever you know is enough. If you're asking for a listing to be removed, you don't need to give a reason. We use what you send only to correct the listing, and we don't pass it to anyone else.
